Nomination request 09/07/2006
This is to let everyone know that the process of solicitation of nominees for
club officers is underway! The following positions are open for nominations:
President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary
In accordance with Article 4, Section 4 of the HCRCC Constitution, members may
submit nominations from August to October. However, due to the current
circumstances I would like to have this process near completion by the next
club meeting. Therefore, I am asking all members to submit qualified member
names for the above listed offices as soon as possible.
I would like to very strongly encourage all members to participate in this
process. The election of new officers will set the future course of the club
and your participation is essential.
As always, I am very interested in your thoughts and suggestions and I would
like members to email me with comments and ideas useful to the future growth of
our club.
