with the Henry County RC Club! Established more than 30 years ago, Henry County RC Club offers its members the opportunity to participate in remote-control aviation on one of the finest fields in the Southeastern United States. Our membership numbers more than 100 and growing! It is open to all ages - men and women, boys and girls. We offer comprehensive support both to the beginning aviation student and to the experienced, tenured pilot. In addition to the personal challenge and reward of flying, our members enjoy hosting "open-house" activities for the community. What a great way to have fun and make new friends while developing a skill-hobby like no other - R.C. FLYING!

Henry County RC Club's; flying field and home base is located at 143 Henry Parkway behind the soccer complex in McDonough, adjacent to the Sheriff Department. It includes a 400 x 50 foot paved runway and a sod runway of approximately the same size. There are five covered areas, a large spectator area, four pilot stations with four start-up tables and two break-in tables.

An orientation program is offered for new members, explaining the guidelines of the club. Beginner pilot training with a certified trainer is offered at no cost. Regardless of one's level of expertise, beginner or advance pilot, Henry County RC Club offers the opportunity for a rewarding flying experience.
